When you book a service, we collect your name, contact information, and address necessary to complete your installation. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use your information to schedule and complete your TV mounting service, send appointment confirmations, and follow up on completed work. We may contact you about future services or promotions.
We may photograph completed installations and post them to our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.) to showcase our work. Photos will not include personally identifiable information such as your name or address without your explicit consent.
We use third-party platforms for booking (ZenBooker), payments (Square), and marketing. These services have their own privacy policies governing data they collect.
We may securely share hashed contact information and service outcome data with advertising platforms, including Google, to measure whether advertising led to a booked and completed service. We do not sell this information.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us directly.
